OEM engine rear backing plate removed from a Mazda Miata. This is a factory Mazda engine plate, not an aftermarket replacement. Unit shows normal cosmetic wear from use, including dirt, grime, and surface oxidation consistent with age. No cracks or major structural damage observed. All mounting holes and edges appear intact unless otherwise noted.
This plate mounts between the engine block and transmission bellhousing and serves as a dust shield and alignment plate. Includes the starter opening and factory contours for proper fitment. Plate was removed from a used vehicle and is sold as-is due to the used nature of the part. Fits both NA and NB Miatas and is commonly found on 1990–2005 models.
